All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK via International couriers. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs depend on your location and order weight. A single SmartyPlants sensor weighs under 200g. Larger bundles (3+ sensors) fall into the heavier weight tier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
United States: All duties and import taxes will be calculated at checkout. You will not be charged anything additional on delivery.
All other international destinations: Shipping prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. You may be asked to pay these fees upon delivery or collection. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable charges before ordering.
United Kingdom: No customs or import duties apply. UK VAT is included in the product price.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at lily@smartyplants.co.uk.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please get in touch and we will investigate with the courier. In the event that a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, all EU member states, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Israel. If your country is not listed and you would like to place an order, please contact us at lily@smartyplants.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
