Right to Cancel

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 100 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at lily@smartyplants.co.uk within 100 days of delivery. You must return the item(s) within 30 days of notifying us.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

We will refund the full cost of the item(s) minus postage, within 7 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Return Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s), unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

Warranty for faulty Items

Every SmartyPlants sensor is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If your sensor develops a fault or stops working under normal use within that period, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical impact, or prolonged submersion beyond the sensor's rated depth. To make a warranty claim, contact us at lily@smartyplants.co.uk with your order number.
